HATEM HAMDAN AL-AHMADI

Hatem has around 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, Zakat, tax, and other financial consulting services at two of the big four accounting firms over the world, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte, serving a large segment of clients in the world. During his career, Hatem was responsible for auditing a large segment of clients in various activities and industries, which in turn enabled him to get a comprehensive view of better management, accounting, and applicable financial practices, as well as the understanding of the financial procedures and transactions for companies in various industries and activities.

MAHMOUD TAWFIK AL-SHAFEY

Director

Mahmoud has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, Zakat, tax, and other financial consulting services, serving a large segment of clients in Egypt and Gulf countries. During his career, Mahmoud was responsible for auditing a large segment of clients in various activities and industries, which in turn enabled him to get a comprehensive view of better management, accounting, and financial applicable practices, as well as the understanding of the financial procedures and transactions for companies in various industries and activities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, Accounting Department.
  • Bachelor’s degree from the faculty of law, Cairo University
  • Fellow of the Egyptian Organization for Certified Public Accountants
  • Basic practicing member registered with the Egyptian Organization for Certified Public Accountants under license No. 22214
  • Egyptian Tax society member
  • Egyptian association for public finance and tax partnership
  • Certified management accountant (CMA), the institute for management accountants USA partnership

SAMEH AZZAZ

Sameh has around 28 years of experience in accounting, auditing, Zakat, tax, and other financial consulting services. During his career Sameh was responsible for auditing a large segment of clients in various activities and industries, which in turn enabled him to get a comprehensive view of better management, accounting, and financial applicable practices, as well as the understanding of the financial procedures and transactions for companies in various industries and activities.
